Delete account and data

How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your Dealify account, to privacy@dealify.ge with the subject line "Delete account". We'll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

Immediately after we confirm the request:

• the account is deactivated — signing in becomes impossible, and the profile is no longer visible in the service;
• push and email notifications are turned off.

Within 30 days we also delete:

• your name, phone number, date of birth and profile photo;
• your favorites lists and notification settings;
• the stored device identifier used for push notifications.

We keep some data in anonymized or aggregated form — for example, product reports you've already submitted and security log entries (login address, device type) needed to investigate abuse and protect other users. Once the identifiers linked to your account are removed, this data can no longer be traced back to you.

Partial deletion

If you'd like to delete specific data rather than the whole account (for example, your profile photo or search history), mention this in your email — the account itself will remain active.
