Who we are

Dealify (the site dealify.ge, the Dealify mobile app) is a price and discount comparison service for stores and pharmacies. This page explains what data we collect when you use the site and app, why, and how you can control it.

What data we collect

When you register and use an account:

• your email address and password (stored encrypted) — or your Google/Apple sign-in details;
• your name, and optionally your phone number, date of birth and profile photo;
• your favorites lists, notification settings, product reports you submit, and store chat messages, if you use them.

When you use certain features — only after your explicit permission on the device itself:

• location — to show nearby stores on the map and in the AI assistant; requested only when you tap the relevant button, never in the background;
• microphone — for voice input of your shopping list in the AI assistant; speech recognition happens on your device — only the resulting text is sent to the server, never the audio recording.

Automatically, as the site and app operate:

• technical session data — the IP address and device/browser type tied to your login session;
• a device identifier for push notifications (if you've allowed them);
• anonymized visit and usage statistics (Google Analytics on the site, Firebase Analytics in the app) — to see which features are actually used.

Why we need this data

• signing in and securing your account;
• showing current prices, discounts and stores near you;
• running the AI shopping-list assistant — the text of your request and, if you allowed location, your coordinates are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to match products and stores; Anthropic processes this text as a data processor and doesn't use it to train its models without separate consent;
• push and email notifications about discounts, unless you've turned them off;
• handling reports on products/stores and moderating chats;
• improving the service based on anonymized statistics.

Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. A few technical providers process some data on our behalf: Google (Google sign-in, push notifications, analytics), Apple (Apple sign-in), Anthropic (processing AI assistant text requests), and our server and cloud database/hosting providers.

Storage and deletion

Account data is stored while the account is active. You can request account deletion at any time — see the dedicated page.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the app's profile section, turn off notifications in settings, and email us at the address below to clarify, correct, or delete your data.

Children

Dealify is not intended for children under 16, and we deliberately do not collect data about them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the current version will always be published on this page with an updated date at the top.
